Fatal error on Dry Blood DVD

I get a fatal error when ripping Dry Blood DVD. Makemkv fatals and shuts down so I don't have a chance to save the log. Here is a screen shot just before the app closes. A ripped file does get created, but it doesn't play in VLC. Any idea what the problem is or how I can rip this? Thanks
