I've been using MakeMKV for probably a decade now and just now encountering my first problems, fantastic software and happy to have paid to purchase it. I've searched through the forums however I'm still unclear on how to create logs, and where to find them to be able to send them back to Mike (C:\Users\Shaun\.MakeMKV doesn't tie in to when I'm ripping).
I'm having issues creating UHD that seem VERY similar to this viewtopic.php?f=8&t=18833, but relating to creating MKV which the post says shouldn't be in an issue so I want to send some logs in.
If someone could point me in the direction of how to create the logs that would be much appreciated.
