I don't have the disc but according to Blu-Ray.com (http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Forgettin ... 51/#Review), the retail disc appears to have both the theatrical and "unrated" versions. Perhaps the Netflix copy has both as well? Can you verify by playing in a standalone BD player or playback software?

It does indeed include the unrated as is mentioned on the actual disk, but not anywhere else such as the sleeve. Should I assume the longer version is the unrated version? Seems likely...
