Lost key due to computer reset.

Hi all.

Question. I had to reset my comp because of a virus, and I don't have a copy of my activation key. Do I have to buy a new one, or is there another way to get my old key.

Send an email to support@makemkv.com and Mike can take care of getting your key for you. It's quickest if you use the same email address as was used for the registration.

Also, check your emails for a message from "avangate.com", since that's who would have sent the key originally.

Thanks. Will do. I've checked my emails, and couldn't come up with anything, but I changed internet providers, so I don't remember which email I had it sent to. I'll include all that in the email.
