The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) Scsi error

Having issues with the The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) BD.

I'm on my third The Bourne Ultimatum disc which is providing the same errors. At this point I would typically think it's the BD drive causing the issues, but I've ripped multiple movies before, during, and after this process without problems.

Any suggestions?

Debugging this will involve finding what's different about this disk than the disks that are working. I can't offer a lot of insight, because my copies of the Bourne series are DVD.

Is this disk a single, dual, or triple layer disk (25, 50, 75GB capacity)? MakeMKV will report the number of layers after you insert the disk, but before you select "open" or "backup". Multilayer disks require the laser to be adjusted to read different layers, and some drives can screw up when this happens, but will be fine on single-layer disks.

Having this same problem with Ultimatum. Disc is 2 layers. Used two different drives on two different machines, one Ubuntu 14.04 and one Windows 10. MakeMKV 1.9.7 on both systems. Both drives have worked successfully on several other Blu-Rays as well as many DVDs.
