Correct way to file bugs for decode failures?

#1 Post by enonu » Sun Jun 28, 2015 4:23 pm

I have a disc here that I can't decode ("Snatch", AACS v33), and not only that, once inserted into my drive prevents other discs from decoding unless I hard reset the drive's power.

What's the correct procedure for pushing logs/content to the MakeMKV devs so that they can take a look at it? I'm looking for a sticky posting on this, and I'm not seeing it.

Formal way is covered in the FAQ link in my signature, with the list of what to send and where.

The debug logs will give Mike the actual codes for the work-arounds that were tried. He may ask for more information.
