Addams Family

Hi, I have ripped these Addams Family Bluray (German) and also have tried complete backup mode without deciphering.
There always comes mistake:

The Disk is new and has no scratches etc. is clean.
MakeMKV V. 1.9.0 x64

It may be new with no scratches that you can see, but your drive says it cannot read it. It might be possible to read it if you increase the retry count (Preferences, IO screen), but that is doubtful. I would return the disk for replacement.

yes I have thought about it. Read repetition is 5 times with me. I tried using two different drives read. Pio BDR-208D under Windows 1.9.0 x64 and x64 1.8.11 NEC under Ubuntu. I must I replace disc well
