Tarzan DVD not recognized
Hi I bought the new Tarzan dvd and the disc is not recognized by makemkv. Any suggestions.

Can the DVD play in a regular DVD player or on the computer you are ripping?
Can you go into makemkv, click on View -> Preferences
Click on the general tab
Check the box "Log Debug messages"
Click apply
click OK
then try to re-rip the dvd.
Copy the log information (from the status window when the dvd is being read) and paste it into this post so people can see whats going on. The log file will also be located at C:\Users\<username>/.MakeMKV Yes that is a dot in front of makemkv. You can go to that folder and post a copy of that log to this post (either way works). you will need to copy the full session, from the time the dvd is inserted until you see the symptoms you describe. This will help the author troubleshoot your issue more efficiently.
