This is 40 fails to save

MakeMKV fails to complete operation with BD of This is 40.

Operation successfully completed

Your drive cannot read parts of the disk.

First thing to try is to clean the disk. I use a soft cloth and Pledge furniture polish, which can fill in small scratches in the surface.

Sometimes the disk is defective, in which case, returning it for replacement is the way to go.
