Hello,

while converting my Stargate Movie Blue Ray I MakeMKV stops working with the following error log.
DEBUG: Code 0 at af*rc"L-UVHqhIYkW/3X:29394574

Any ideas on this ?

Since it was not possible to create a backup directly from the disc I created an ISO to convert this to a mkv file.
But doing this I get the follown error:

"The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
DEBUG: Code 0 at e+3b-`N+SaUu3w]P:213131962
DEBUG: Code 0 at e+3b-`N+SaUu3w]P:29397288
Failed to open disc "

See details in the attachment MakeMKV_log_ISO !
Any idea on this ?

While uploading the attachments I get the message : Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.
Any idea on this ?

Obviously not my day :-(
Best regards

Please try making a full disc backup and see if any hashcheck errors show up.
