1.8.7 worked; 1.8.8 doesn't

I have backed up a half dozen of my BDs with version 1.8.7 with no issues. I downloaded the new version 1.8.8 on Feb 2nd and nothing I have ripped since works. The rip happens alright, but the folder can no longer be seen by Handbrake in order to convert the file set to AppleTV formats. Handbrake simply reports "No files found."

At the beginning of the rip process the window shows four major errors before proceeding to rip the entire file set. I went back to 1.8.7 and the process worked well, again. There seems to be some sort of glitch in 1.8.8.

Agreed, except on this end the rip doesn't even succeed. I have tried to back up a couple of my Criterion BDs with 1.8.8 and the program didn't even make it through "Analyzing Seamless Segments" before failing. I have never had this problem with a previous release.

I'm running OSX 10.8.5 in case that makes any difference.

It says the board attachment quota has been reached, but here's the pertinent part. It seems to be a problem with BDs with LPCM audio:

Same here, started a different thread since I was only getting that error on a "homemade" disc I got while on vacation, thought it might have been an issue with discs created with Vegas Pro. Re-installed v1.8.7 and it seems to be working fine.
