Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00002.m2ts' at offset '393216'

This is the operating system telling MakeMKV that part of the disk cannot be read. The fact that the report is isolated to a single MTS file points to the disk itself, rather than the drive.

Initial response is to try cleaning the disk, as finger prints and other smudges can cause this, as can scratches. And yes, new disks can be scratched and dirty.

Also possible is that the disk was not manufactured properly, such as a defect in the pressing. In which case, the only option is returning it for replacement, hopefully with a disk not from the same production batch.
