Hello,
I'm evaluating MakeMKV & I ran into a problem. Is there a switch I need to add to the command line to force makemkvcon to include HD audio tracks in the output file? It seems to exclude them.

You have to change default selection rule, either globally in preferences, or craft your own profile and pass it to makemkvcon. Please see http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4386
