AACS host certificate is revoked

#1 Post by njloof » Tue Nov 17, 2009 11:48 pm

Threw in the discs for Standard Operating Procedure and Fight Club but couldn't get either title to work with the latest MakeMKV. Log is attached. Any hints?

The WD Virtual CD 070A 1030 is not the BD drive, so that error can be ignored.

This is not disc related - for some reasons MakeMKV is unable to sned SCSI commands to your drive. Did you install any software or updates since the last time? Is there any other porgram running in background?

Hey Guys

Very new to Make MKV.

I have ripped about 20 titles and there was no problem now i am getting the AACS host certificate is revoked. I get this even on disks I have ripped without a problem before. here is my log:

I also think one of my USB ports is not working now. I had just finished ripping National Treasure and then this started.

Thanks

What type of blu ray drive are you using. I was using a lite-on blu ray burner when I was getting this message. I returned two of them not sure what the problem was. I finally switched to a LG drive that has a faster read and write speed and everything has worked great since. I'm not really sure why this was happening but it was.

Agree with Tommye1078, what brand of Blu Ray drive are you using??????? Try to stay away from Lite-On you will be OK : )~

Here is my drive info:
Current profile: BD-ROM
Manufacturer: MATSHITA
Product: BD-CMB UJ-120
Revision: 1.00

It is interesting that the speed of a drive would generate a "certificate" error.
