[FIXED] Weird Horizontal Lines on a Rip

#1 Post by koen187 » Wed Feb 13, 2013 10:59 pm

I've just ripped a few episodes of Trailer Park Boys (DVD1) and across every rip there are these weird horizontal lines.

They get a bit annoying and make watching unpleasant.

Any tips on how to remove these lines?

(PS the same thing happens from a Sienfeld DVD)
