Okay, on the Blu-ray Disc of Pixar Shorts Volume 2 there should be a forced subtitle track on the short Hawaiian Vacation.
If you try to rip the title using any of the forced subtitle tracks they show as empty.
The correct forced track actually shows up as the final standard (non-forced) subtitle track, and you have to manually switch the subtitles on.
