makemkv-oss-1.7.9 doesn?t compile under ubuntu 12.10 (frsh install). I've intalled all the suggested dependencies:
build-essential libc6-dev libssl-dev libexpat1-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libqt4-dev
but the compiler exit with the following error: make: *** [out/libmakemkv.so.1.full] Error 1
Here you can find the full log list

Re: MakeMKV doesn't compile under kubuntu 12.10
I cannot spot what's wrong but for what it's worth, I compile it no problem under 12.10 (64 bit), so it's not an issue with the MakeMKV files.
I just recompiled to be sure that no issue has been introduced by a more recent update to 12.10 - but MakeMKV compiles fine using gcc 4.7.2-2ubuntu1. Maybe try removing the dependencies and re-installing them to ensure that nothing went wrong with any of the dependencies?
