please help ! registration key

I really try to use mkv but I cant ! I have this message : This application version is too old. Please download the lastest.
I removedmkv from my computer, restrat and down the latest version but I still have the same message. Can you please telle me where I can fin a registration key ??

The Beta key - This one is good till the end of November.
