Life of Brian on Blu-ray does not work

Hello.

I am unable to use MakeMKV with "Life of Brian" on Blu-ray. It is able to begin the process, and get 99% done, but then says 1 title failed. The next time I tried it, it failed at 50% or so. But at least it lets me get that far in the first place I guess.

Can someone help me with this error? Thank you. I have been able to use this Blu-ray reader on 100s of prior discs, so I believe the hardware is not a problem (though I guess it could be). Would it be possible for my Blu-ray player to work in Total Theatre, but not in MakeMKV?

I get several errors, different ones. Could these be bugs in MakeMKV?

Finally, I just tried to see if MakeMKV could make a backup (and not decrypt it at all, just backup) and this is the log I received. Can someone tell me what they think is going on? I haven't had issues before this...

Sounds like your source is not an original, commercial Blu-ray disc.Missing hash table and missing AACS frequently is indicative of using a previously ripped disc or .ISO image file as the source...

It is a commercial disc, if that helps...I have the package and all.

I have now tried a Netflix Blu-ray of this movie, Life of Brian, and also a new DVD reader (BDR-XD04 Pioneer).
What is going on? It plays fine...the whole movie. But MakeMKV cannot MKV it.
