Movie Key issue

Hi
I copied four discs last night and two were fine but other two were not. Failry recent UHD releases of Mother's Pride and EPiC Elvis Presley in Concert
They bith said the volume key is uknown for this disc. I even downlaoded the keydb file but still no luck.
Make MKV is set to access the internet, router or isp is not blocking it as it is just these two discs,

Failed to open disc
I have already submitted the dumo to the usual email address svq@makemkv.com.
Operating on Linux Mint and never really had any other issues. Already restarted my machine, unplugged the drive, waited overnight etc.
Thoughts?
