Hi, I have a unique issue. I have the new The Arrival 4K UHD from Lionsgate Limited. The 4K UHD disc decrypts with no issues, I’ve even made a backup. I’m able to back up the majority of the files except the actual movie file. The process keeps running, but the file size doesn’t increase from 458,752KB. I have plenty of free space on this drive. It’s been like this for over an hour now. Any help would be appreciated. See the screenshot attached.

Quick update. I opened the discatt.dat backup I created of The Arrival UHD with makemkv and was able to extract the movie contents successfully. I can only assume the disc read process is substantially longer than reading from my m.2 drive. Issue resolved.

Same issue - I just let it run and it eventually completed (after something like 4 hours). The resulting MKV plays fine and the disc played fine in my Panasonic BDP. There is something odd about the authoring for this disc.
