Can I crossflash a Pioneer BDR-X13 (BDR-213T) to a UHD model?

My drive info is:

Since this drive physically supports reading and burning 100GB+ BDXL discs, the hardware should be capable. My direct questions are:
1、Does this drive currently support crossflashing to a UHD model (like the X13U or 213U)?
2、If not, is this purely due to a firmware lock? Is there any chance of crossflashing it in the future?

Yes I got it but it I usually do a phone call for the support at the same time the different country makes it a bit different we will talk about alternatives in the email

Could you tell me if this drive can be crossflashed? I saw someone saying this drive with firmware 2022-12 or later has no hope, but since the one you guys were talking about is with firmware 2023, I am curious if there is still hope.
