I'm trying to backup my Radiohead - 7 Television Commercials DVD but it does not seem to read in MakeMKV or in DVD Decrypter.
I'm worried the drive revision needs a new firmware also?

Please update MakeMKV to the latest version. In MakeMKV → Preferences → enable the use of LibreDrive and enable "Verbose output" to check the log if the error persists.

MakeMKV includes different DVD opening modes. Maybe one of them will help?
