LG BH16NS40 UHD Capable

Hi trying to find a budget way to start my own media server, ive found a LG BH16NS40 (2017) for £28 cheaper then a LG WH16NS40. is the BH16NS40 UHD capabile (With the appropriate flashed firmware, and which firmware is needed if possible). Sorry if this is a daft post or commonly asked just looking for a definate answer.
