Yes it says missing key. I saved the .tgz file

OK, then you email MKB20_v70_BLU-RAY_UHD_61ED.tgz to svq@makemkv.com to be processed.

It may take a few days, but eventually the key for this disk will be posted, and your system should automatically download it when MakeMKV loads.
