Is this the right program for me?

Apologies for the novice question but here is my situation: I have MKV files for all of Argentina's games from the World Cup. I want to put them on a Verbatim BD-XL disc. It seems the easiest way to do this is via an ISO file on ImgBurn. Can MakeMKV turn my MKVs into an ISO file?

MakeMKV is for ripping videos from existing disks. It is not intended for writing them to any disk. It does not generate a "new" ISO from existing files.
