Mike still hasn't fixed the tie-in between AV sync messages and empty subtitle tracks.
Forced subtitle tracks are created if any subtitles are tagged as "forced", and empty subtitle tracks like that are tossed at the end.
One of these days, he'll fix the AV sync message being tied to it, but you're just being warned that one of the requested tracks was empty.

Thanks, that's normal right?

So far, yes. I see it every rip of a Bluray, because it normally sets up with two audio tracks per actual subtitle track, with one of them being "forced only". So few BDs make use of mixed tracks, though.
