That's pretty much it - a audio designed for people who can't really see the video.

The problem is if it's "better" audio than the standard for the video... Some people's configuration will chose it in place of the main audio.

It's possible - people like to post identical things, THEN modify them to have scam links in them. I'll keep an eye on this one.

I though it seemed familiar.

And actually, it is one of these scammers. The original was modified. And deleted now.
