lg wh16ns40 issue
I bought an LG wh16ns40 firmware 1.05, and made the mistake of flashing the drive with Downgrade Enabled Firmware V.2 to wh16ns60 v1.02 without considering the fact that my drive has encrypted firmware. After a failed rip attempt which ended with a M2TS Hash Check error, I consulted with the SDFtool, and tried flashing to wh16ns60 v 1.00, and that didn't work as well. Do you guys have any advice?

Re: lg wh16ns40 issue
your issue is the disc or the drive not how you flashed it
do the usual
clean the disc
replace the disc
clean the drive
replace the drive

Re: lg wh16ns40 issue
You're right
it might be the drive itself
I remember when I picked up my package, the box that contained my drive was misshapen. I'll try using another one of my movies to test if drive is the issue.
