issues ripping a couple of blu rays

hey everyone i have two copies of the movie stir of echoes and one copy of the movie blade, all three of these play fine in two different blu ray players, a ps4 and an xbox one, but for some reason i cannot rip them to put them on my jellyfin server, what info do you need to see if the issue is the disc or something else?

also i rip them by putting the disc in, unchecking everything except the main movie and everything else default

What's in the MakeMKV log when you try to rip these discs?

Often, gently cleaning a disc improves the chances of it being ripped properly.
