You need to email that file in to svq@makemkv.com.

Might also want to check that MakeMKV can download keys. Bloodshot isn't new, so I'd expect a key to be available for it, but maybe there's a new version of the disc with a new key.

Yes, I have checked that MakeMKV is able to download keys.
FYI, this version of Bloodshot is the Australian version.
