Best USB chipset

I'm going to buy this drive https://www.lg.com/us/burners-drives/lg ... dvd-writer and a USB enclosure.

I have the option between "Initio" and the "asmedia" chipset on the enclosure.

Any thought on the chipsets and drive in regards of flashing them?
