Fantastic Beast The Crimes of Grindelwald errors

i am new to this i bought some 4K disc today they are new not used, i tried this one first (Fantastic Beast The Crimes of Grindelwald) but it gets about half way then crashes out, is there a method to copy this, i use asus that as modded firmware
