Wolf of Wallstreet USA 4K UHD

I'm on most current version of MakeMKV 1.16.5
I'm using LG UHD drive: WH16NS60, firmware flashed in Dec. 2020, has ripped UHD's flawlessly since then with MakeMKV

As for Wolf of Wallstreet, I'm getting a number of read errors when trying to open the disc, please see attached.

Can anyone advise?

Clean the disc
Replace the disc
Clean the drive
Get a BU40N
Buy a drive from the guide and video maker: viewtopic.php?t=17831

I did all of those things, what is a BU40N?

a bluray drive that i have found that gets less read errors
