How do you edit FLAC profile to only transcode LPCM track and not DTSHD-MA?

Hi,

I'm currently using the FLAC profile as I want to transcode LPCM to FLAC but for some reason the DTS-HD MA also gets converted and whilst I don't mind the mono and stereo DTS-HD MA tracks being converted I would rather keep the 5.1/7.1 tracks as normal DTS-HD MA and not transcode to FLAC so any info would very much be appreciated.
