Below is the drive info after i flashed it
I am able to rip regular blu ray without issue it is only the 4k ones that i get this error on. So far i have tried 4 disks:

I recently just got the Asus-BW16D1HT and having issues with it reading 4k disks. I flashed the firmware as per the guide pinned in the forum. However i get the below error:

Step one: Send the TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com so that the program's author can create a decryption key for it.
Step two: Wait a few days for the key to be created and made available in the official Hash Key file that MakeMKV downloads when needed. You won't get an email saying this has happened; you need to retry the rip occasionally.

make sure enable internet access is checked. Restart the program and try again.
