Jumanji (1995) UHD Disc Reads No DIsc

Hello,
Make MKV 1.16.3 with my WH14NS40 flashed with MK 1.02 WH16NS60. Upon inserting this disk it spins for a bit and comes up as No Disc. UPC 043396505605.

Any thoughts? Is this common? I ripped my UHD Bourne collection fine.

Edit:the disc does have numerous very light scratches around the inner 1/3. Could that cause this?

Try gently cleaning the disc.
