Feature Request Suggestions for moving more towards single click ripping

I would like to request a "preferences menu" item that will do the following:

Move open DVD Manually to this Menu
Add a preference to automatically eject upon completion
Add a preference when a disc is inserted it automatically "Opens" the disc for processing


Optional
When you start to rip any directories that havent been created can be created automatically
