Planet Earth II Timestamps

Long story short, my Planet Earth II 4K blu-ray shattered. I was being stupid and converted my MKVs into M2TS files, so I lost the Chapter timings. Would anyone be kind enough to post or PM me the chapter timestamps for the "Cities" episode (episode 6)

P.S. The disk shattered while I was trying to use ddrescue to recover info from the blu-ray disc. Was definitely a shock, but the drive somehow survived. I did recover one episode though, but at what cost...

I hope this isn't the wrong thread to post this. If so, just let me know.
