Create .iso from backup, which folders?

Before I start, let me just say I have searched the forum before asking this question....

I created some backups using MakeMKV and am wondering how to get those into .iso files. I know I need to use other software to create the .iso. What I don't know is which folders go into the .iso. When MakeMKV creates a backup it makes three folders: BDMV, CERTIFICATE, and MAKEMKV. Do all those go into the .iso, or just the BDMV folder?

This is a very, very common process. In very short, one of the easiest ways is with ImgBurn and you should add all the folders/files into the image.
