MakeMKV can't find usable optical drive

Hi. I have an LG UH10LS20 Bluray drive. I was able to backup my Blurays with version 1.15.2 with no issues. However, 1.15.3 does not detect my drive. I've tried re-installing and also running MakeMKV as Administrator. I've attached my log file. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, I've confirmed that the drive is functional. I even confirmed I could watch a Bluray in VLC via the MakeMKV integration.

I found the problem. Windows Security (formerly Windows Defender) was blocking access to \Device\CdRom0. I simply allowed access and it solved the issue.

Hopefully this helps anyone else who may have the same problem.
