Wall-E (2008), Cannot Backup or Discern Playlist

#1 Post by swampdaddy » Fri Oct 16, 2020 8:57 pm

I was trying to rip Wall-E (2008) I was not able to Backup the Blu Ray Disc. Also, there are a bunch of versions (Playlists) and I have no way to determine the correct Playlist? Now after restarting the iMac and switching USB ports and power-cycling the optical drive, I now get a FATAL ERROR when trying to backup the disc. So, any ideas which Playlist is correct? Also, any ideas why the backup has been failing? Thanks!

The Wall-e disc is a little weird it seems.

I assume your drive is external and plugged in via USB. Is the drive powered by USB or is it in a powered enclosure?

The OWC purchased external USB3 drive is powered.
