John Carpenters The Thing

The german Mediabook blu-ray of Carpenters The Thing fails to be opened. It has a newer AACS version.

Dang, and i was looking forward watching The Thing again this evening :cry:
At least the bonus disc works.

Which AACS Version is used. You see it above the big disc icon in MakeMKV if the disc is detected "Potection: AACS xxx"

If it above AACS 72, you must use a drive with libre drive enabled.

It's 68. The disc works now, though :)
