hello all-
i had been using MakeMKV to rip all my BluRays, but with the latest version of PLEX/Nine, it was no longer to able to read my rips with RipIt! so i had to re-rip over 500 DVDs using MakeMKV. there are some rips that don't seem to have the multichannel even though i know for A FACT that i chose it before starting the rip. the latest one is:

as i stated i am using PLEX. my main server is an Intel xServe connected to a QNAP TS-809U-RP. everything is wired gigabit through a Cisco SGE2010-P. the receiver is a Mark Levinson 502. if someone can please explain what is happening to the multichannel track i would appreciate it. thx.

Please provide more information. Is disc a blu-ray or DVD? What do you see when you open a disc, do you see all audio tracks?
