i am getting this error when i try to do MakeMKV.

i have used this Bru-ray driver manytimes with no issue and even done a movie after the Lego Movie and it works. do i need to get the AACS code?

Update:

issue; Disk was dirty. i clean it and tried again. work. should have check to see if it was clean 1st.
