MakeMKV creates dozens of files for Hacksaw Ridge

Hello, I am using a USB Bluray drive in an attempt to rip my BluRay version of Hacksaw Ridge. I was using a 10 year old Mac with OSX 10.6. When I thought there was a bug there, I moved to my W10 pc to do the same operation with the same drive and disk. Both system ended up doing the same thing.
They appear to have found 407 different titles on the disk, and most of the titles are 33.2G in size. If I try to rip the whole disk, I get the following warning:

and indeed, if I let it go, it will run for days and use up terabytes of space. It seems like it wants to rip 400 copies of the 33G file.

What is the intended operation of this software? Most ripping software I've seen lists just the main movie to rip. Should I only rip the FPL_MainFeature? What are all the rest of the titles for?
