Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets

So I tried remuxing the extended version of this movie and according to BDInfo, the file I am interested in should either be 00101.MPLS or 00104.MPLS but the problem is that I can't see none of them when running the Blu-ray disc on MakeMKV, all I can see are the M2TS files. I'm probably missing something stupid but I don't know what, it would be very nice if someone could help me.
