Using direct disc access mode

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Region is ABC and it's a french only version.

AACS version is v16 and Anydvd is disabled. Do you know what the problem is ?

Please post debug log, enable per http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6 . Current version of MakeMKV, 1.5.8 handles AACS MKBs up to v18.
