Die hard And Die Hard 4 Wont Save

I am currently trying to decrypt die Hard and everything is working fine until the very end and it says this

Error 'Internal error - Decryption error (411)' occured while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts' at offset '25591240704'

Failed to save title 0 to file

Die hard 4 also failed to save i dont have the error for that one.

Any help would be appreciated

Problem solved cleaned disk a few times and it seems to have worked
