I'm seeing a few reports of issues with Episode 8 and 9 on the Blu-ray version from Season 5 of Downton Abbey. In episode 8, the story jumps around out of order (like Ms. Danker being reported by Mr. Carson as 'drunk', before the scene showing her drunkenness actually happens; Rose being upset at the pictures of her fiance with another woman, and then Tom and Edith waiting for them to arrive--several other scenes like this being chopped up inappropriately). It's like the editing tool completely messed up. And to top it off, Episode 9 won't play at all! I'm returning the boxed set to Amazon to see if all of them are like this, but I suspect a recall is in order.
I found this review by someone else at Target--same issue: http://www.target.com/p/masterpiece-dow ... A-16547126

I'm talking about the actual Blu-ray discs themselves.
